It was not making complete cups of coffee without manually forcing it to continue. It was making noises I had never heard before such as loud squeaks while making coffee. Again there were no indications that it may need cleaning. No decalcification light. Since it was over a year old I decided it couldn't hurt to clean/decalcify it. After reading several favorable reviews for Urnex Dezcal and its compatibility with the Bosch machine, I decided to purchase it. One round of decalcification did the trick. No more noises and complete cups of coffee once again.
