I made a loaf of whole wheat bread..(recipe in booklet that comes with bmaker) It came out great..I used the gluten that was mention to use with wheat bread..and my loaf was huge..I also put a few raisins in would put more next time..it had honey an molasses in it ..gread texture and very good tasting ..will try the white bread next..Very happy with it so far..like the ease of it and not a lot of extras that you probably wouldn't use..just simple..
