(More customer reviews)I just bought this gun and was pleased with it. Although the product details don't say it, the gun is made by YIKA, a Chinese airsoft manufacturer. The gun is made of sturdy plastic and feels somewhat cheaply made. The detachable stock is pretty well made with some good weight to it.
The M249 is pretty accurate, although the shooting velocity varies from time to time. It goes about 300 fps. The clip was a little tricky to load the first time but I got the hang of it after a while. It holds about 15 rounds and has a separate compartment for more if you don't have a speedloader.
Overall, it's a good gun and doesn't hurt too badly! Sure, there are better spring guns out there but this one's good for the money. All in all, it does sacrifice quality for appearance but is still a decent gun.
