A few years ago, I began shopping around for a binding machine. I read reviews of the Zutter Bind It All, the 7Gypsies Binderie, and just couldn't wrap my head around the huge price tag for the zutter with all the seemingly complicated measuring and figuring. Last spring, I learned of the new Cinch, watched demos online, and loved what I saw. As soon as I ordered this and received it (from a different dealer), I was able to set it up and get started. It is virtually fool-proof, has the directions and measurements right on the machine. Any problems or mistakes were user errors, never a problem with the machine. It punches with very little pressure, and punches where it indicates it will punch. I also learned that when you are cinching the owires, do it only once, or the owire will look as if you squeezed it more than once. Love love love this easy to use, user friendly machine.
