I am a novice cake decorator, and do not use this on every cake I do, but every time I get a chance to break this out, I get excited!!! It really is a fun tool to use, and if you practice, it gives a wonderful touch to your creations. I got mine used from an out of work pastry chef (so this has seen plenty of use from her), and it still works perfectly!! The company is also great! I have had several questions, and they are always very helpful to answer them. I had the opportunity to go to their office, because I was having problems with my gun. The gentleman looked at it, and determined I had bent the needle (easy to do if you don't take care when you clean it). They also emailed me specific directions on how to properly care for my unit. All in all, this was a great investment for my caking!!
