(More customer reviews)It's hard to find a good priced and well working chinouis. the super fine mesh allows nothing to get past, when your looking for a smooth silky sauce, ice cream, or what have you. Seeds from raspberries, or spices won't slip through. The nice grip sits well. Handle is plastic, and there is indeed other strainers out there, but working in the industry (restaurnat world), this is the best I've used!
