Every cup of espresso I have with this maker comes out perfect, with the crema in it. Save yourself a lot of money when considering an espresso maker, this 50 dollar stove top maker will outperform your several hundred dollar pump machine everytime. The proof is in the cup you will enjoy with this espresso maker. Remember to follow the instructions, which are actually easy to understand. I am sold on Bialetti Brikka makers...you will be too.
