(More customer reviews)Here is my experience. We are a small business other than a restaurant that uses this machine multiple times a day. Approximate use is more than a residential home and less than a restaurant.
This product needed a new timer and pump installed after about 5-10 washes. This was covered under warranty. At 15 months, product broke down again (12 month warranty had expired). Company would not pay for repairs and the bill was almost $700.
I asked the company for a new machine, an upgraded machine for which we would pay the difference, or my money back. Company would not agree to any of these solutions.
Water overflows into our kitchen from this machine on a consistent basis including twice this week after having had a technician spend 5 hours looking at the machine. We've had several techs out and none can find a problem. Though I am no expert in this area, it seems to me that there is a problem with the pump system as designed.
We purchased this unit because the price was right for our new business. My suggestion would be to upgrade to a different company (check with your local vendors on what products they carry and/or service) if you can pay a little more. In our situation, this would have saved us money in the long run.
