(More customer reviews)I have for many years been a user of the manual sharpeners. Last 5 years the Apex Pro which I like.
I cook a lot and have several knifes that constantly seem to need sharpening and honestly with every thing else that needs to be done I for the last year seemed to have been using dull knives more often than not just because manual systems take setup and time and I never wanted an electric system since my impression was they do not do as good a job if anything decent at all.
This is where I was so wrong. I did not purchase this on Amazon, I did locally knowing I could return if I did not like. I took it home and this is my experience and impression,
Pros,
* Small enough for me I can put in a kitchen drawer if I needed to.
* Easy to get out, plug in and it is ready.
* I sharpens my knives better than I was ever able on any manual sharpener.
* Fast and very convenient.
* Scissor sharpener Works and very simple to use.
No Cons for me. Just the fact it is fast with no setup, you need your knife sharp, it is in less than 20 seconds from deciding that and the knife is ultra sharp.
This product is definitely worth trying out if you find yourself needing a sharp knife often. I will be selling my manual sharpeners on eBay soon.
