(More customer reviews)On Sept.27 I received my order of Starbucks latte' discs from Cybercuchina. Three discs were broken and had leaked into box. Since they're expensive, I wanted them to replace the damaged and empty discs. I emailed them twice with no reply. Finally I threatened them with a bad review-then they answered. It was Thanksgiving holiday and they said they'd email me on Monday after the holiday. I'm still waiting. It is 1/20/11. I'm done waiting. Two things irritate me with this company
1. they lied and had no intention of responding,
2. they won't replace the coffee and creamers- probably it would be the same story if I needed something large replaced.
I won't buy from this company- I can't trust them.
