Park B.Smith Eco Houston Recycled Cotton Chenille Rug Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is a versatile rug that could be used in variety of settings around the house, but we bought this to use as a bath rug. We are very pleased with the quality, look and feel of it.
If you are also looking to use this as a bath rug and your bathroom has tile flooring, you may want to bear in mind that this product has not been designed primarily for this use and therefore it does not have any non-slip material on the underside (as the list of product features notes, the rug is _reversible_). To prevent the rug from sliding and sending us flying, we simply put a piece of Henkel Duck Non-Adhesive Super Grip Easy Shelf Liner under the entire length of the carpet. This does the trick better even than the non-slip backing on our previous bathroom rug!

Griptex Comfort 17 by 36-Inch Bath Mat Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)... But does not stay in place when you step into the shower. Plus, and this is the only way I can describe this, if you've ever had a roomate that left the sponge in the bottom of the kitchen sink and it got all slimy & gross, this is how I can describe what it feels like to step onto the mat about an hour after my husband showers and it's cold and still damp. Like you're stepping on that slimy gross kitchen sponge. It's enough to make you ill. It's the only things that I can compare it to. In addition, if you can even get past that aspect, the material squishes and bunches so much that you can feel the suction cups under your feet as though you're standing on speedbumps. I don't think that we'll be keeping it long enough to find out whether it's truly mildew resistant. All the manufacturer did was stick suction cups to the bottom of the puffy shelf liner that exists for kitchen cabinets. (the one that doesn't let you slide the dishes/glasses into the cabinet) Funny part is, it doesn't move at all in the cabinets, while you're airborne in the shower. A HUGE disappointment.

Ginsey Rubbermaid Rubber Bath Mat Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My local stores have switched to mystery-brand mats imported from China, and frankly, I just didn't want to risk a fall in the tub. The old mat was beyond cleaning, so it was time for a fresh one.
This Rubbermaid mat is just what I wanted. A classic, thick, non-slip mat from a manufacturer I've trusted for years, embossed with a subtle wave pattern. Yes, the price is higher than the mats imported from China, but it just isn't worth it to save a couple of dollars. Five stars for a great product.
