(More customer reviews)My 3-year-old son loves his room decorated with these trucks! They are very easy to apply and have been up on the wall for almost 6 months now and they haven't budged. All the other truck decals I found were tiny - these are the appropriate size for wall decorations and make a big impact. Each truck is 6-12 inches long, and the roads are about 2 feet long. Here are some tips on application:
1. I quickly cut both of the large sheets into individual decals so that I could lay them out how I wanted them on the wall. (Note that each decal is already pre-cut on the sheet - you don't have to cut them, but I did this so that I could lay them out before taking the decals off of the backing paper.)
2. Then I used painter's tape to lay them out on the wall.
3. I used a level to make a few pencil marks and applied the roads first. Then I put the trucks on the road and didn't have to worry about leveling the trucks.
4. For the bigger decals, I recommend only peeling off part of the backing paper, sticking that part onto the wall, and then slowly peeling off the remaining part of the sticker while pressing it onto the wall. Otherwise you'll get lots of bubbles behind the sticker and they will be more likely to fall off.
5. I then took a clean, dry washcloth and rubbed it over each of the decals to make sure they were completely stuck to the wall.
It really didn't take that long to put them all up and it looks great!

(More customer reviews)To start off I'm not knocking the product, it is capable of producing some pretty cool results with a little practice. That said there are some important things you need to understand before you get this particular web gun. First off if you are planning to use it outside hope for a warm day, the heating element in the gun is a little underpowered, if its below 70f your going to have problems establishing a smooth flow from the hot glue. Indoors you should be fine. Second, buy the BLACK websticks if you want an aged cobwebby look. The clear and glow in the dark sticks look a little too new when they are spun. The last thing is the sticks are a litle too short, just as I would get a smooth flow established from the gun I would have to stop and load a new stick.
So, in short the gun is good in warm climates, but look around for longer websticks.
