This attachment was a gift for my husband, who enjoys making pasta. He gives it 5 stars and says it worked perfectly with his Atlas 150 pasta machine. He was very pleased to be able to make such fine pasta at home with this attachment. Yum!

I bought the 220 Electric from[...] about a month ago. [The postage from Amazon would have near doubled the price - its a heavy solidly built machine.]
Since then, I have made pasta about three times a week. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean. How easy? Well I'm making pasta in the evening after work. In a session lasting about 100 minutes I can make three batches of 10 eggs/1kg flour. That gives me about 55 half litre (1 pint)tubs of cooked egg pasta in, say an hour and a half. No way I could do that with a manual machine.
When I think how I used to battle with the manual machine clamped to a table - I musta been nuts! Its expensive, ja, but hey , it is so-o worth it.
Tip: Don't buy a fancy wooden pasta drying rack. Use a cheap Mic stand - the boom type. Why? The mic stand folds up into the broom closet in 5 seconds. Rock and Roll!

I was not happy with this product. Either I need to practice more or something. I wasted a lot of filling trying to get the attachment to work. It hooked up with the pasta maker alright but to get the raviolis to come out right I could not get it to do. I would not recommend this product. I found the regular ravioli metal frame Norpro Ravioli Maker and Press a much better product and it sells for under $20.

My video shows the machine being put together and attached to worktop. It then shows the most difficult operation for the machine: making spaghetti.
Bought through Amazon UK it looks like the same kit for the USA. I got to this level after one week and several portions of pasta having never used a pasta machine before.
I made the pasta as 200g of '00' flour plus two large eggs. I then put pasta in plastic bag/sealed and left it for at least two hours. I then cut pasta in half with the other half being replaced in plastic bag/sealed for use the following day.
The humour may be lost in the Atlantic somewhere but I hope that what you see is useful. The spaghetti tasted creamy delicious.

got this for my husband for christmas. he's an avid chef & really into making his own pasta. his one request was the imperia pasta machine so that he could roll out perfectly thin sheets to make all his various pastas! thank goodness i found this one because i had read other reviews talking about non-original imperia machines...and i almost bought them. don't know how they perform, but he is absolutely in love with this one. it stays on our counter...never put away.
