(More customer reviews)I loved this machine, bought it esp. because it was recommended for multiple pet households and we have 4 cats (long and short hair) and a dog. It works fantastic on bare floors and carpets, not so well on rugs, since the beater bar is driven by suction only. "Pet paw" was a little small, but overall it really cleaned the place, because the suction is GREAT! Because it is really small it was also real easy to carry it up and down our steps, also loved that the attachments are not fixed in position down by the floor so you can not bump them and they fall off as other vacuums have it. I did not buy the product here, but I ended up returning it to the company because the canister is a little small for our house. I needed to clean too often and it is a pretty messy business to clean the HEPA filter (which I now understand is typical for canister vacuums), hence I decided to rather replace bags with a lot less mess. Whoever does not mind that...it works fantastic for what I expected!

It sucks up coins even on it's lowest setting, so be careful to pick up first.
It is made for hardwood floors, and it excells at cleaning them.
It is quiet enough, that even on it's highest setting, I can still hear the phone ring.
The built in cord is 17', which sounds like a long enough cord, but really isn't.
Fortunately our house, like most others, has plenty of outlets.
It is built in Germany, so you know it is a quality product made to last.

Tanita HD351 Digital Scale with Memory Function Review

(More customer reviews)I am a big guy (currently 403lbs) was 421 a few months ago and have been slowly going down each week, this scale is SO accurate, if I get on and off 4-5 times in a row down to the .2 its still solid, then when I go to the healthclub and use their $2000 professional scale it reads the same numbers as the home scale.
Again I am closer to the top limits of this scale (440 top weight) yet it feels solid and doesn't flex or feel "cheap" or like it is going to break or anything.
5 different user buttons along with each of those 5 inputs having the last weight viewable for reference and a large readout and stepon plate (I wear a 14 EEEEE shoe and have no problems) make this scale worth buying at any cost.

We had been using two and even three blankets before receiving this one. We have retired the others--the Pinzon alone provides all the warmth we need. This is a first-rate product and I highly recommend it.

(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these items from Amazon.com. They are identical to products from various home houseware catalog companies selling for about $35. Yet, these only cost $15 from Amazon. They do the job and represent a great value! The shelves have raised sides and are roomy enough for their intended use and the swivel casters are convenient. Once assembled, the unit is fairly stable and capable of holding relatively heavy objects. The unit is only about 8" wide, which enables it to fit between a washer and dryer with that amount of spacing.
Assembly is a bit tricky. The unit is held together only by the interlocking of the legs and shelves without any screws or bolts. If being assembled by one person, the pieces tend to fall apart a few times until you can interconnect enough parts to hold it together. A 4-handed individual will have no problems.
All in all, this is a useful item that can save space while holding necessary laundry products. It is certainly worth the price as available from Amazon.com.

(More customer reviews)I'm not sure how long this has been out but I'm surprised no one has reviewed it yet. I LOVE this sweeper for my hard wood floors in the kitchen. I have a toddler who makes a mess every time he eats and I keep this in the corner near the table. As part of my clean up routine at every meal, I just grab this out of the corner, turn it on and in 5 seconds I have all the crumbs vacuumed up off the floor. It is so lightweight and easy to turn on and off. It swivels as I turn it so it can reach around the chair and table legs. If it were not for the ease of this sweeper, I would probably have crumbs on the floor most of the time. But with this machine I can feel good about the fact that at least my floor is not filthy! I cannot say the same for the rest of the kitchen, sure wish they had something like this for it.

Rum Runner Cruise Kit Review

(More customer reviews)Saved TONS of money on a cruise by packing our own...it's lightweight design and small mini flasks allowed us to carry it anywhere and refill with the larger flasks as needed back in the room. We still use them if we need to bring liquor to a party etc. I have two designer flasks (Ed Hardy leather and Neiman's swarovski crystal studded) yet I still wind up carrying the rum runner ones instead...easy to fill, carry, and they hold more and are lightweight! I have passed the recommendation on to many travelers!
Oh, as for the plastic factor of it...it's amazingly firm. We packed them all, full, and they went through 2 flights in 4 different suitcases with not a leak and then a few were still full on our return flights and made it home just fine. Our shampoo bottle made of heavy plastic got crushed and leaked (we have soft sided luggage) but these did not. We packed them in different bags wondering if the cruise's xray machine would have them show up on one and they'd ask for em but they didn't show up at all.
Incidentally, we looked into the cruise rules before packing these, on the cruise line we went on they said you CAN bring your own liquor on board, but if they find bottles via xray they will ask that they keep them til the end of the trip. Kind of an oxymoron. You are allowed unless they see them on the xray? Well, this made that a win/win rule.
The plastic doesn't show up via xray but we would order a diet coke at the bar and no bartender minded at all when we poured in some rum from our flask (I was told they wouldn't mind at all by others who use these). Even if you just want to use them in your room or when out on the island, you'll still save money. Saved thousands of bucks because ship alcohol is so costly...and we spent that on jewelry in Saint Thomas!
Funny thig is...some we know who splurge on the nicest vacation rooms...still carry these onto the ship or into a hotel. Hey, in this economy, saving on every drink counts!
p.s. Another tip for you: most cruise lines allow people to buy gift cards ahead of time with pre-purchased sodas that are much cheaper than buying single drinks on the ship as you go. Most ships also instantly put a 15% gratuity (or more) on every drink if you don't purchase them in advance. We still tipped the bartenders but we purchased these cards ahead of time and if we ordered several cans of soda at once or had them delivered to the room it saved a ton of cash on the sodas too.

(More customer reviews)I had been looking at string trimmers for a couple of months. My old craftsman (circa 1988) finally gave up the ghost. But everything I saw in the big box stores (the blue one and the orange one) looked cheap and flimsy in my price range (less than $200). So I decided to look around online and see what was available even if I needed to pay a bit extra for quality. I had heard about Tanaka but never considered it because my only contact was with a commercial lawn service that used their equipment. So I was looking mainly at Toro and Stihl hoping for a deal out there. A search on Amazon led to this Tanaka unit. There was very little information on the internet about it since it's brand new.
So how does it perform? Unbelievable! Power, power, power. The heavy brush on the lower part of our lot that I had been avoiding because of the sickly Craftsman met it's match and went down without a fight. The engine is very smooth with little vibration. It seems to be comfortable for a while (20 minutes or so) but I'm thinking about a sling. The straight shaft puts the cutter head right where you need it. It started right up with a a few pumps of the primer bulb and then restarted on an easy half pull of the starter rope. There was a little assembly required (mounting the cutter and the handle) but Tanaka even included the tools to put it together.
Overall I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this unit. Plus I found out after I bought it that Tanaka has a $40 rebate through the end of June so it was really a steal!

This makes any table top a sewing center. It is well padded with very clear markings. Keeps my machine from sliding while sewing and reduces noise. The pockets are convenient for placing items in while working on a project.
It folds and fits in my sewing machine carrying case for easy storage and to take along to sewing/craft classes.
I was using a foldable compact ironing board to protect my table tops and corian counter tops. I can now rid my self of this space taking setup.
This setup makes for an compact, lightweight setup that transports and stores easily.
Not only a terrific solution for the fulltime RV seamstress and crafter, but also would work well in dorm rooms and small apartments.

I started doing applique quilting and needed a machine that had more stitches so I ordered this machine. It was everything I had expected and it was a good price at $60.00. I priced a new one and found it was over a hundred dollars. This machine would be perfect even for a beginner. It is easy to use and can handle alot of different materials. I would highly recomend this machine.

(More customer reviews)I just cleared 14" of snow off my driveway and used nothing but this machine. It is fabulous. I know the manual says it can handle up to 6" of snow but believe me this thing handled this last snowstorm without any trouble. Granted I only took 1/2 swaths but still it handled it beautifully. It even handled the stuff that got plowed into the end of my driveway from the road. This Snowfox really does shoot the snow at least 25 feet except when you have the chute turned left or right, then it shoots about 5-8' tops.
I would highly recommend this machine for anyone.
