Royal Commercial Carpet Cleaner/Extractor RY7940 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I recently bought this to replace a Bissell Pro Heat 2X. I think my Bissel might have been a lemon, but I was unhappy ehough with it that I changed brands. I really like my new Royal. Very smooth, gets the carpet dryer than the Bissell did. I like the options for turning the soap and/or brushes off. My Royal's first job was a soapless clean to remove the chemical dumped in my living room by my Bissell. Talked to a vacuum sales rep after I bought it, he also says this is a fabulous machine, low failure rate. Fairly easy to clean- I do wish it had a place to keep the caps so I can let the tanks dry in the closet. I liked all the extra hand tools (one a rotating brush) on the Bissell, but overall this is a far better machine.

Royal Procision 7910 Carpet Extractor Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The Royal 7910 is an upright extractor that does a great job of cleaning carpets and rugs. The machine has nice features including the rinse cycle, which allows you just to rinse carpets, with no soap or shampoo. The machine is unique to most other household extractors because the brushes on the machine don't retract into the brush housing when placing them on the floor. Both Hoover, Bissell, and Eureka's brushes all retract into the housing of the machines. The Royal brushes are more like a vacuum cleaner, except you have two rows of brushes, one spinning clockwise, the other spinning counter-clockwise. This allows you to clean both side of the carpet fiber. The other feature that sets this machine apart from it's competition is the warranty, and ease of cleaning the machine by the consumer. Most home carpet extractors are very difficult to take apart for cleaning and maintenance. The Royal 7910 is the exception. No tools are needed to take the front housing off to clean out all the pet hair. The manufacters warranty on the Royal 7910 is 3 years parts and labor. I have not seen any major issues with this unit, and with a warranty of 3 years, feel confident in this machine for many years to come.

The Royal Procision carpet extractor has two suction nozzles, not just one like other extractors. That means dirty water never has a chance to soak into your carpet so you get a drier, cleaner carpet. PLUS, it has TWO revolving brushes that rotate in opposite directions so your carpet gets cleaned from all sides. Switches in the handle turn the power, soap dispenser, and revolving brushes on and off with the touch of a finger. Royal Procision has a separate soap dispenser that automatically measures the correct amount of soap and mixes it with clean water, so there's no more guessing about the right amount to use. Because the soap is separate from the clean water, you can turn the soap dispenser off to rinse the carpet you've just shampooed. A clean water rinse removes sticky soap residue that can attract new dirt more quickly, and it's easy to do with Precision. The clean and dirty water tanks are easy to fill and empty, making your work go faster. Plus, Precision's dirty water reservoir is larger so you don't have to waste time running back and forth frequently to empty it.

Saeco 21103 Royal Professional Fully Automatic Espresso Machine, Silver and Blue Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Unlike the review below we've been lucky in that we've had no problems with our unit.
It's been exactly 3 years since we purchased our machine and we haven't looked back. The machine was bought as we were spending $40-50 a week at Starbucks. Now we use organic milk and beans and make our own latte's at home.
The machine is super easy to use. There are various settings for the grinding and dose of coffee. I just set the dose on max and change the grind depending on what beans I use. The machine gives you 3 sizes of coffee depending on what you want. The steam wand works well but can only be used after coffee dispensing is finished. It takes 15-25sec for the steam wand to really start.. steaming. The cappuchinore on my machine doesn't work but I only tried to use it after we had the machine for 2 years so I'm not bothered too much. I also have the direct water connection to my reverse osmosis system. So I haven't had to de-scale yet and might never need to.
Another useful item is the rinsing cycle where the machine runs hot water through itself for 10mins. At the end you get to see how much "dirt" was cleaned out. Quite satisfying :)
The machine also has some idiot proof features. One is when you put in pre-ground coffee but then press the coffee button instead of the pre-ground button first. The machine makes some funky noises but then dumps everything out. I'm not proud to say I've done this more than once....
Overall through it's the best $$$ I've ever spent and would highly recommend this machine. It might not be the cheapest (or most expensive!) but you get what you pay for!
p.s. the coffee is amazing!!!!!!!!!
