(More customer reviews)The problem is not with the service I received from the company. I received the coffee maker quickly. The machine, however, was in horrible condition. It was as if it had been in a fire and was warped beyond all imagination. It would not sit flat on the counter. I don't see how anyone working for this company could have thought that this product was worthy of being sold. Price Pros was the company that sent the product. When I contacted them they did apologize and sent a mailing label. I have yet to see how good they are at refunding my complete purchase price. I have ordered the exact same coffee maker now from a different distributor--not Amazon.
