(More customer reviews)I bought the Xyron 510, because it is easy to use and takes several types of cartridges. Any flat item up to 5" wide can be put through it. The crank turns smoothly (more so than the Xyron 500) and all the adhesives are acid free.
I have used the permanent adhesive cartridge to make stickers for my scrapbooks. I have also used the 2-sided lamination cartridge to laminate all of my recipe cards- very helpful, since they are likely to get dirty. Lastly, I have also used the single-sided lamination cartridge to make waterproof labels for handmadfe gifts (such as my home-made vanilla). I haven't yet tried the magnet-making cartridge, but all the ones I've used have worked quite well.
