(More customer reviews)I received the first Haier washer with multiple dents in the front and on the side of the machine. Even with the dents, I decided to try the washer out, and it did not work at all. The control panel was out of order. I returned this washer and they sent another identical one. The washer arrived with dents on the front and side, not as bad as the first washer, but again, I decided to wash clothes. It washed a total of 4 loads before it mal-functioned. The water does not discharge from the machine, I had to manually pitch out water. What a mess. I decided to return the Haier, and purchase an Avanti 12 lbs portable washer. I am awaiting it's arrival. I am hopeful that this will give me the service I am paying for without the dents of course. I love shopping at Amazon, this was the first time in over 10 years that I had to return something for mal-functions and/or damage.
I will continue to shop at Amazon, but I don't think I will try another Haier product.
