(More customer reviews)I purchased this at a store and thought it would be great for a new homeschooler.The smell of it heating was horrible! Then my first piece jammed inside the machine and there was no way to get it out!! Their was also o way to stop the feed when I realized it was not coming out the other end! I even tried to pull it back out the front as it hung partially out with no success! I tried to call their customer service, left a message but got no response. I returned it to the store the next day for another brand that had a release in case of a jam!
