(More customer reviews)I have tendonitis and carpel tunnel in my hands and couldn't even peel a potato without pain. This machine is amazing. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I have peeled vegetables with it; made a quick cup of whipped cream; used the stir attachment for milk and eggs for French toast. I'm trying new applications all the time. You just have to remember it isn't made to mash potatoes or do cookie dough. It's wonderful for light use. I'm very thankful to have found it and give it my full recommendation.
