We are just two of us, and have a small kitchen, so we purchased the Boska Mini Raclette. Used it for the first time last night with Swiss raclette cheese. The machine was just like we had in a small restaurant in Switzerland! It melted the cheese perfectly, and was a snap to clean up. With a small salad, cornichons, pickled onions and a bottle of white wine, we were back in Switzerland. A fast, easy meal with almost no cleanup. Machine was exactly as promised, worked like a charm, and could even accommodate 3 or 4 persons, if each is willing to wait a few minutes for his/her turn. Melting a 1/3" thick slice of cheese takes no more than two minutes once machine is warmed up.
