Was absolutely beautiful looking out of the box.... however, after following the set up instructions, it made a grinding pump noise in "warm up" mode (without the steam or brew switches activated), would not heat up, and would not pump water.
The steam control knob on the right of the machine had very poor fit and build quality.
Returned machine to Illy where we purchased it. Are now considering the Rancillo Silvia which has excellent professional and user reviews.
