(More customer reviews)I also purchased one of the original slice machines and used unsuccessfully for 60 days before I returned it for a refund as I couldn never get it to work correctly except maybe 1 in 15 tries to cut. I recently purchased the Elite and have used for a couple weeks and it has worked perfectly since I took it out of the box. So happy now with the product.
