(More customer reviews)I thought this hamper was just a little pricy but it appeared to be what I needed so I took a chance. I live in a dorm like building and when it's laundry time, I have to carry my laundry to a facility about 150 yards from my building. This thing is perfect, however, and well worth the money. The cloth doesn't seem as sturdy as say, canvas, but I think if it doesn't get abused, it should last a long time. I do laundry every weekend and it easily holds all my clothes, towel, etc. for that week. I'm glad I went with the metal tubing as I think it's plenty sturdy for its purpose. This was a good purchase for me.
