(More customer reviews)I am writing this review even though I bought this washer from a local dealer. Luckily, this dealer had a 5-year service contract because I have had them out at least 20 times over the last 4 years. This is, without a doubt, the worst washer and dryer I have ever ever owned. It is just plain badly made. The doors break; the hoses break; it does not get clothes clean; the timed dryer does not work most of the time...I truly cannot tell you how unhappy I am with this set.We have just had the doors replaced and they still do not work correctly. And we bought it when it was number 1 in Consumer Reports....big mistake.
We are giving it to charity and purchasing another, different brand. Do NOT get this washer or the frigidaire dryer.
