(More customer reviews)I recently went on a 15 hour flight with this pillow. It was supportive without being a rock, yet firm enough so that my head didn't feel like my neck was the sole support. My mom had another massaging pillow that was as hard as a rock. She "borrowed" my Ortho Therapy pillow and never gave it back for the flight duration (though she did make sure that I carried it off the plane, not her.) It's a pretty comfortable pillow and it'll be going on another flight with me in the future.
