(More customer reviews)This cutter works great. Ordered it for cutting letters for a propane truck, and decided to start a small business with it. My only complaint is I thought I was getting the best software with it, but I found out that there are 2 more levels of this software. That was really my fault, for not doing more research before I bought. I had one issue with the cutter cutting over the top of something that it had already cut, but a call to tech support, and I was informed that it just isn't made to pull off of a 50 yd roll. Pull off a little extra before it starts, and no problems! All in all, this is a great cutter for the price, but the software doesn't have all the features unlocked.
