(More customer reviews)I am not one to complain and this is the first negative review I have ever written, however not only does this product not work but the customer service I received from Kegworks was horrid.
I purchased the unit to dispense dry hot chocolate mix and was very disappointed to find the mix would not slide down during despensing. Instead it would "bridge" leaving air pockets and dispense an insufficient amount.
I called Kegworks and was told they couldn't do anything about it and could not take back used equipment. I explained I had only used it once and asked how I could possibly know it didn't work without using it. Kegworks response was the same and did not return my phone calls.
I then called the company that made the product and they agreed, after I refused to give up, to send me an additional item designed to manually stir the powder so it would fall. I received it a few days ago and it does not solve the problem either, or shall I say, it is such a pain to use, it makes the idea of "ease of use" a joke.
Well the long and short of it is I now own a $200.00 product that DOES NOT do what it is advertised to do and Kegworks (the seller) will not let me return it. I've heard buying from a "net establishment" is risky because they don't have to stand behind their products. Well, all I can say is, learn from my experience, and never buy anything from Kegworks. They are, and do, bad business!
