(More customer reviews)I've owned one of these for a while and not thrilled with it. The raviolis don't seal or separate well unless the pasta is fairly thick, which is not really appealing to me. I like to make very thin pasta for my ravioli - part of the appeal of making it myself. I'll be trying a mold next time.

Yes, you can buy ravioli at the store, but chances are you won't find sage ravioli with pumpkin filling, or artichoke ravioli with salmon filling, or white chocolate ravioli with truffle filling. If you have the Atlas pasta machine it only makes sense to get the attachments that will allow you the utmost creativity when it comes to producing pasta masterpieces.
