(More customer reviews)We do not trust our little, elderly Yorkie so we did not want an expensive rug nor a wool one (we just got rid of a wool rug because we could not get the odor out). So this fit the bill.
Well, it looks and feels great. We have a non-skid pad under it and it is needed; without it the rug would feel skimpy. Also the back is rough enough that I would rather not have it in continuous contact with our hardwood floor.
It is quite light in weight and was delivered folded rather than rolled. The creases still haven't completely gone away and it has been 10 days. I assume they will eventually go, but the rug is quite light weight, so the natural tendency to lay flat due to weight is pretty minor with this rug.
Finally, the color is off. It is not beige but a pale greenish gold. It works in our room, but the colors other than beige are more muted than we expected. If you want to know what the rug looks like, save the picture of the rug and then open it in Windows Photo Gallery, click "Fix", click "Adjust Color" and then move the tint pointer about a fifth of the way to the left and the saturation pointer about a fifth of the way to the right. Then click on "Adjust Exposure" and move the brightness bar about a quarter of the way to the right (that works on my screen, brightness is sort of computer dependent so that is a hard one to accurately communicate).
But it looks and feels great and the price was very reasonable.
