(More customer reviews)This optional mixing bowl far outperforms the original plastic bowl included with the Bosch Universal Mixer. While it cannot utilize the wire whips or cookie paddles, mixing bread and other similar batters are easier, cleaner, and come out (in my opinion) better. I make bread for my family often. I Like the ease and capacity of the metal bowl. If I want to make cookies or meringues, I still use the original, but all else requiring the dough hook is now done in this bowl. I wish they included it in the original configuration as it makes the Bosch Universal Mixer so much better!

Bosch MUZ-6ER1 , The Stainless Steel Bowl does not have the column in the center of the bowl, so there are no whips with it. The Dough Hook drives from the bottom of the bowl. Capacity is a little larger due to the absence of the column. Model Bosch MUZ6ER1 Stainless steel bowl (without mixing tools)
