(More customer reviews)My son received this clock as a Christmas present last year. The clock design is cute enough, but it is made completely of plastic and requires an itty-bitty screwdriver to open the 2 hatches where you will need to place the batteries and set the time. That's right...every time you want to set the time you have to remove it from the wall and find your tiny screwdriver and set the clock.
What is the kicker for this nearly $200 item is that less than a year later, it doesn't work anymore. The cuckoo part is broken and makes no sound and does not emerge from its little door even though the only time it is ever touched is to replace batteries or change the time.
This supposed collector's item looks and functions no better than any other imported plastic toy junk. I would not buy. Be warned!
