(More customer reviews)Even though the rug was not the one we thought we were ordering it's a great rug ... The company acknowledged the mistake right away and credited the cost of the rug to us and told us we could keep the rug since it had been an error. The rug is a good one and we're happy with it--the one in the picture on amazon that we thought we were ordering was not the one we received but it was a "happy mistake" because the little birds do fit in with our rustic decor. The rug is protecting our wood floors which is what it's supposed to do.
