(More customer reviews)Compared to one that finally had to go away, this new mat I find rather slippery on the surface. It is longer and pretty well fills the whole tub floor. I also noted that the suction cups have to be pressed down before each filling of the tub, or it floats to the surface as water is entering the tub. I am on the lookout for one that has the same quality of the Rubbermaid that wore out after about 20 years use. I keep forgetting good value is not cheap.

(More customer reviews)Ok, Purchased an earlier version of this model(2009) and this year started having problems with it. First the unit would make a loud whirling noise for a long period of time when the doors were shut. Called Samsung and discussed the problem with them. Samsung gave me the name of two service companies in my area. One had an attitude problem and the other never called me back to set an appointment. If you are looking for good customer service from Samsung, you will be sorely disappointed. Finally called Lowe's, where we purchased the unit, and had their service subcontractor come out and take a look. The top of the evaporator coil was frozen, which stopped the fan from working, which caused the temperaturee inside the refrigerator to rise. Root cause... dain line freeze. Technican told me that Samsung is aware of the problem and has designed two parts to be installed. But get this, not at the factory but by a service technician after a service call has been placed.... Total cost of the repair is 235 dollars. So after 18 months I pay 1/6th of the purchase price.. My recommendation is to find out if the newer models have been redesigned to eliminate the drain line freeze problem.

(More customer reviews)have to give a disclaimer: did not purchase on amazon...we chose hh gregg. but amazon reviews are what everyone reads, so i figured i'd post here.
this is a gorgeous fridge. while it was in our home (we had it a week), everyone commented on it. we went with the actual stainless vs. titanium because we were warned the titanuim, when scratched, peels off and is irreparable.
anyway, the fridge never cooled. things froze on the freezer side (but we are not sure of the actual temp...our thermometer doesn't go that low). i noticed funny smells in the fridge and used our instant read thermometer to check the temp (it has a probe that you can stick inside while a digital read stays outside). it was only getting to the high 40's while set at 37 (37 is what it came set at...the instructions say don't mess with the temp for 3 days). we lowered the setting after the 3 day wait, with iffy results, and finally set it to the lowest setting you are able to (32 degrees) and the inside temp ranged from 37 (rarely) to 44 (mostly) even after the door was closed for hours. 44 degrees is not cold enough for milk freshness for me, so i called lg. they assured me that their models all have a 10 degree range from the set temp (!!), but gave me a number for local service. when i called, and explained the situation, i asked the service people, "does a 10 degree range sound right?? we can still return it, and are not sure if we should even stick with lg as a brand" they said (and remember, this is the LG recommended person!), "whirlpool". we returned the frige (hh gregg has a 10 day return policy, thank goodness)and bought a diff brand.

It has been on the market for 20 years and it is still the best carpet shampoo solution out there. I love this stuff, I just wish it was cheaper as it has a strong clean smell as that is what you want. Listen there are a lot of good bonnet cleaning solutions but this is the best. Because installing the antiquated ribbon system with its falling-out spindles and unraveling film is an exercise in patience that I have failed miserably. The fact that I don't beat the person over the head that ordered this for me is a testimony to my restraint. I don't know what was paid for this machine, but if he didn't get it in a box of Cracker Jacks he paid too much. These types of machines can be had too cheaply to put up with this nonsense. Whew. Now let me go find my copy of Office Space!

I kept 1 for myself and gave the other 2 away and they were blown away. I think it will do way more than 3500 square feet. I just point it into my cold air return of my furnace and it does my 4000 square foot home no problem whether my furnace is running or not it still goes thru all the duct work. Great product, Great quality, GREAT PRICE Oh and it Looks very nice. The wood is very nice !!!!!Buy some extra ozone plates they are glass and very fragile and you will break one or two cleaning them eventually. The plates are all the same they are made by the same company with diferant names as long as they are white and have arrows on them. I bought a ten pack for me and my family.
