(More customer reviews)This washer-dryer combo makes the chore fun. Amazing capability and flexibility for washing/drying small to giant loads. The spin cycle is REALLY fast, so clothes take very little time in the dryer. I'm amazed when the washer says - "communicating load information to dryer" and the dryer display says "receiving load information from washer" - I didn't know this feature was part of the package. The canned cycles are numerous and can be over-ridden with whatever choice you would like. Controls are intuitive and allow stopping early in the wash cycle if the forgotten item needs to go in.
This was also my first experience with a gas dryer and the conversion to propane - it is not simple or cheap but can be done by a qualified appliance service person. DON'T buy at a big box store if you need a propane dryer! HD was absolutely clueless and had to take a Samsung pair back.
The optional base is well made (vs some competitors) and places the doors at just the right height - no bending over to load.
