(More customer reviews)This rug is beautiful (if darker than depicted), soft and really accents the room well. I had only one gripe with it at first - it had a terribly strong odor when it was first taken out of the packaging. A chemical/petroleum type smell that was so bad that we couldn't keep it in the room (caused us to have headaches and burning noses). The rugs went out in the garage where I laid them out on the cement floor to air out. They eventually did, but it took about five days of "gassing out" before we could stand them back in the house. I still think they are a very good buy for the price, but be aware they are going to stink at first.

(More customer reviews)Fast shipping and arrived in good shape, but instead of being rolled it was folded. That made it difficult for it to lie flat on the floor. Had to put weights on it to make it lay flat. That part was a bummer. But otherwise beautiful color and design. I'm sure we'll love it for many years to come!

(More customer reviews)5 stars for shipping. I received this rug 3 days after I ordered it, which is very quick compared to other items I've ordered online. 4 stars for the rug itself. The picture is deceiving because the rug itself is very dark. The "sand" colored portions are a mid-dark brown and all of the accent colors are very dark brown or black. The rug is all different shades of brown, no green, yellow, or other colors. I bought this rug for my entry way and it's fine that it's darker than expected because it's a high traffic area, but don't buy this rug if you want something lighter colored.

(More customer reviews)This rug has an odd factory defect- a stripe of dark color in one spot. I thought at first it was a shadow, but I've come to realize it's a defect. I got the rug on sale (around thirty dollars) so I'm not going to worry about sending it back, especially since it's not in an important place in our house, but this is the kind of thing I'd want to know before I bought something. Other than the defective area, it's very pretty, and looks (imo) like real wool.
