(More customer reviews)With a little practice this works very well. If you just press down hard and pull the spreader like a scraper the masa will be too thin. Once I got a feel for the correct pressure to apply, I was able to evenly spread masa very fast, just like she shows in her video ([...]). I made 4 dozen tamales and the spreader was a huge time saver.
