(More customer reviews)Ive been using amazon for alot of things games, movies, and have a kindle and have never had a problem til this one item. This isnt a problem with the product but amazon shipping and warehouse. From the looks the box i got was not the original box so im thinking it was a used product since no instruction and missing a few screws. They listed it as new and i ordered it thinking ill get a new product the product in the new box didnt have enough padding in it and pieces the way amazon re packaged it where moving around and scratched up the metal and put a small hole in the chair cushion. I am now re thinking of ordering anything else through amazon because of this since they tried to send me a product that had no business being shipped to anyone.

(More customer reviews)I'm now enjoying my GT5 with this.Removable Arm Rests is a very nice option. Also the adjustable arm rest height is nice.
This is a well thought out system but I wish that (1) there is a swivel stopper/lock and (2) that there should be wheel brakes. I'm just lucky that my office is carpeted at this time, but I'm moving to a non-carpeted office soon and I will have to deal with all the swiveling and the rolling of the chair as I hit the gas/ brakes.
