(More customer reviews)I've had this product for a year and a half. It takes some work to become comfortable with designing and cutting files, but well worth the effort. Lots of support from yahoo Groups and other web sites. Lots of FREE files shared, too. Xyron customer service leaves a lot to be desired, however. Also, I cannot use this with my new Vista computer. Drivers are available for 32-bit Vista, but not 64-bit. Apparently Xyron isn't making new drivers any time soon. Now I have an expensive machine that I love, but cannot use.
