Hamilton Beach 52282R Wave-Power BlendMaster 12-Speed Blender Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Bought this blender the other day at WalMart (for much less than 31.95). We used it to make a batch of Mudslides and they turned out great! No ice chunks at all and very smooth consistency. The blender base is nice and heavy....very sturdy. The jar is heavy duty glass and the whole thing comes apart very easily to go in the dishwaher. A great buy for the price. Highly recommended!!

Zebra Bath Rug - Black/White (21x34") Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I originally ordered this item with the intentions of getting a small bathroom set for about $22. The original picture had a shower curtain small trash can, soap dispenser and 2 small rugs for the bathroom. I looked at the picture several times and the discription included these items. The company later then took the image off of amazon and had nothing to refrence the picture back to. I e-mailed them and they told me they had no picture available and they also changed the name of the items form bathroom rugmat and accessories to bathroom rug mat. I searched under the first title several times that day and got there company. They changed the picture, discription and items they originally included, but charged the same price and then told me they dont even carry the whole collection (so why place the entire collection as a picture) no where in the discription did they specify till my little complaint what exactly the didn't offer, they only said the original above items. How misleading and devious. DO not buy with Tribeca unless you want to lose money and time.

Krups 19418 Espresso Lid, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I heartily agree with all of the other reviewers of this item. I've purchased several of these lids over the years, and each time, no matter how careful I was, the three little tabs that are supposed to hold the lid to the carafe when you pour always broke off almost immediately. If your lid is broken, just live with it and don't waste your money on a new one. You can't win with this product. Krups should be ashamed to sell this.

7.5-feet Xx-large Medium Brown Cozy Sac Foof Bean Bag Chair Love Seat Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I was expecting just a big bean bag. but this is awesome. let me say that again, this thing is AWESOME. it is so soft and huge, and the cover is nicer then my bedding, and I have nice bedding. the foam inside is unlike any other bean bag stuffing I have ever felt, it feels like feathers. the bag has already inflated to about 80% size in less then three hours. and it took only a week for shipping to get across the country to me. great product and great customer service (which i was surprised by considering its just a bean bag company). I have this one for my loft area in my house, but I'm buying another one for the living room, and one for reading in the bed room. I thought 300 was expensive, but this is totally worth it.

Sterilite® Portable File Box Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I priced several products in which to tote my Cricut and found this one to be the most reasonable. When I received it, I was pleased to find it was exactly what was advertised. I haven't had it very long, but thus far no problem. I would like to see a little more storage for paper, card-making magazines, cartridges, etc; however, I would say again that it is extremely affordable. Even more important is that it is set up to protect the Cricut and make it as safe as possible. I am glad I purchased it!

8-feet Xx-large Black Cozy Sac Foof Bean Bag Chair Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)First off, this bean bag chair 8ft... is HUGE!
The product is made in the US (Miami) out of cut foam.
a fluff down the road when its in a shape you don't like and your back in business.
perhaps the purchase wasnt a good idea... my 4lb chihuahua thinks its a great bed :)
Anyways the kids enjoy climbing and laying all over it and I dont have to worry about them breaking it....
Since their attention is on the bean bag... The sofa is safe !
I chose the denim material and this will hold up to the daily wear and tear from 3 kids.
There was a problem with my order that was my fault, somehow black was purchased and overlooked when it should have been denim
I contacted the company and they responded in a few hours and sent out a replacement denim cover. It was later i found out it was my fault and I offered to pay for the cover all they asked was to send back the black cover. Great customer service, honestly I should have paid for shipping. Thanks again !
The bean bag when flat is around 3 feet wide by 8 feet long about 24" high when compressed... fluffed up its about 3 feet high.
For $300 the external material and internal material is good quality Both zippers can open and close without catching. the stitching on the zippers may not be nylon however it is stitched solidly. Also the grade of the zipper is about the same you'd find on a fall jacket. I dont anticipate any problems from any part of the bean bag... though i may be purchasing a couple cans of scotch guard

Capresso 4451.01 10-Cup Glass Replacement Carafe with Lid for Capresso Coffeemaker, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)There's not much to say, it's a glass replacement carafe, it fits. This is our 3rd one, I guess we should be more careful when washing them. Perhaps it is a bit thin, as we haven't broken other glass items. I wish they sold a thermal carafe to fit our old machine.

Hamilton Beach 47454 BrewStation Deluxe 12-Cup Coffeemaker Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I just got this coffee maker today, after months of reading, looking around, and pondering whether ot not it was going to be worth the money. I've always loved the look of it, especially the cool blue glowing display, but would it work as great as it looks? Well, as I sit here enjoying my first cup of perfect hazlenut coffee, I can say that so far, it's wonderful!
Getting it all set up was very easy, but a bit time consuming, since you have to let it cycle through about 3 or 4 times total to clean and rinse, but well worth it! Once cleaned, I decided to give it a try and brewed a 4 cup pot of coffee. When it was done, I dispensed it into my mug with no messy dripping and am enjoying the first half of it now. I will let the other half sit to see if it will taste just as good at the end of the 4 hrs. The coffee I'm drinking now is great. No bitterness, not too strong or too bland, and the perfect temperature.
Overall, I think this is a great machine and would highly recommend it!
*UPDATE*
So, I've been using this coffee maker for a few weeks now and everything is still great! But, I wanted to throw a couple of things out there for anyone comtemplating their purchase. My only real complaint is that there's no audible signal to let you know that the coffee's done or that the 4 hour warming period is over. I know it's not a necesity, but my Mr. Coffee had this feature and I really liked it. Guess I'm just spoiled! Also, here's a tip. The instructions say that using a paper filter along with the gold filter is optional. However, I've found that if you don't use a paper filter, any very fine or powdery grounds will get through and end up in your mug. This happened the first couple of times I used it, but a paper filter easily solved the problem. If you're thinking about buying this unit, just do it! I love mine!

Called the BrewStation because there is no "pot" involved, this 12-cup coffeemaker features a thermal-lined insulated coffee tank that maintains the brew temperature and keeps coffee hot and fresh inside until it's ready to be served. Simply depress the trigger with a mug for one-hand dispensing--no carafe means no pouring, no spills, and no hotplate that can sometimes scorch coffee or make it bitter. With simple push-button convenience, the machine offers four brew cycles, which include normal, flavor plus, 1 to 4 cups, and decaf. For added convenience, the machine can be programmed for "wake-up" coffee, and its adjustable auto shutoff provides peace of mind. In addition, mid-brew dispensing makes the appliance handy for anybody in a hurry. Other highlights include a large digital clock/timer with blue backlighting, indicators for water filter cleaning and replacement, easy-to-view liquid level with measurement markings, and a swivel base. A permanent Gold Tone filter and water filters are also included. Panasonic NN-H965BF Luxury Full-Size 2.2-Cubic-Foot 1,250-Watt Microwave Oven, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)[ Dec 2006 ]
We've had this microwave for a couple of months now, so I can't comment on its long-term reliability.
Good:
Mostly, it's been fine. It meets my primary requirement for a microwave, which is that you can put food into it, press 3 0 START, and it cooks for 30 seconds at full power. (It's amazing how many microwaves fail that test, requiring some other key before the time. Easy enough if you know how to use it, but not for visitors.)
It can do relatively complex sequences like:
- Wait 5 minutes (to line up completion time with other foods)
- Cook 4 minutes
- Wait 20 seconds (to give me time to stir)
- Cook 3 minutes
- Wait 2 minutes (post-cook "let stand" time)
It'll prompt you through most operations, though ... the ... prompting ... is ... kind ... of ... tedious.
The Sensor Reheat feature seems to do a pretty good job of warming food up to a good serving temperature. It overwarms frozen corn dogs a little, but only a little.
I haven't used it much, but the Sensor Cook feature did a good job on baked potatoes.
Complaints:
It's going to sound picky, but my biggest complaint with this microwave is that its beeper isn't loud enough. It's a little chirp-chirp that you could easily miss if you're in the next room. It does repeat the chirp every few minutes until you open the door.
The child lock is too hard to use. My other child-lockable appliances have a button with a lock icon on it; if you hold the button for about 5 seconds it locks or unlocks the device. For this one, though, the sequence is Function, 5, 1 to lock and Function, 5, 2 to unlock. (I had to go check.) Too hard to remember, and if you don't know that it starts with "Function" you're just hosed.
Nits:
There are a few features I don't use yet (and so at the moment they represent unnecessary complexity) - Popcorn, More/Less. "Quick Minute" doesn't seem like enough of a win to be worth a dedicated button - 1 0 0 START vs QM START? 6 0 START if you optimize a bit means QM only cuts out one keystroke. If you need three minutes, QM QM QM START is the same as 3 0 0 START.
I'd like a "hard pause" feature, where it would stop a cook sequence and beep, and then resume the cook sequence when I press "Start" after I stir the food.
[ July 2009 ]
Still happy with it, no problems.
[ October 2009 ]
At right about 3 years... just started smoking and shutting itself off. That's not good.

City Scene Shower Curtain, Branches Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Contrary to another review, this item comes out of the package looking identical in color and texture to the picture. The design on it is exactly as shown in the picture. I almost did not order it due to the color being off comment, but i find it's a perfect match. As for it not having a sheen, the description says it's 100% cotton, not cotton sateen. Cotton will not have a sheen, and usually is not sheer either.
I recommend this product to be 100% accurate by the picture and description listed.

Frigidaire Gallery : GLTF2940FE Washer Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)After owning this product for six months, it started making very loud noises. We only use the machine two to three times a week.
The noises that we hear vary from loud knocking noise, ending with someone falling flat on their face, or sometimes it high pitched noise, or a weird squeak. Sometimes buzzes like a huge AC Condenser. Obviously there is something wrong with it..
I actually tried to lift the machine to look underneath to make sure nothing was sticking out and scratching the floor.. It still washes fine, we don't get our clothes that dirty to be able to tell if it gets the stains out, but they seem clean enough. I have not noticed any gasket problems so far, thank god, and no leaks. It is also not moving/walking around since it has the dryer on top of it. It is not the quietest machine we have owned, but it is not that loud (when it doesn't make the noise) either. It spins very fast and dries the clothes enough that you can just hang them to dry.
We have requested a service call for the terrible noise, and I will come back and reply with the result.
I have a video of the loud noise somewhere, and will be posting a link to it here later on.
PS: One day it just turned on by itself in the middle of the night. It did not star running, but it just Beeped and the lights came on. Scared us really bad...

American Weigh Black Blade Digital Pocket Scale, 1000 by 0.1 G Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)No other reviewer mentions what calibration weight this scale requires. An information I wish was available when I ordered it. Although I did my homework I still wasn't able to find this info anywhere. This info should have been sent by the manufacturer to Amazon. The only clue you get from Amazon -even though it is not their fault - is in the "frequently bought together" section where a 50g calibration weight is suggested. So I bought the 50g only to discover (once I opened the box and read the instructions) that the manufacturer of the scale specifically requires a 500g calibration weight for this scale. This information is essential, I believe, and should have been made available to Amazon by the manufacturer. More so, I tried to contact the manufacturer and left a message asking them to tell me which calibration weight they recommend before I buy the scale. They never bothered to call me back. For this I give the manufacturer a rusty 1 star. How you treat customers is almost as important as the quality of your product.
For the way the scale functions I give it 4 stars- it seems to work very well for the weights that it is designed to measure - (down to .1 g or 100mg). To Amazon, who tried to fix my problem, I give 5 shining stars! but I'm still waiting to see the info changed here, so that no more people buy the wrong calibration weight like I did, despite all my efforts to find out which one was required! So get the 500g calibration weight if you think you will need one for this scale.
