(More customer reviews)I have a beer machine and love the beer it makes. I ordered the mix and it is supposed to come with the co2 cartridge as well as the defoamer disk. I called Brookstone ahead of time to make sure it had the required cartridge and defoamer disk. They assured me that it did. When I got it, guess what? It was not there. It has been about two months and I still have not made my beer. I called to complain and it was resolved. They gave me a full refund, but I STILL DO NOT HAVE BEER! I love the product, but it is not possible to make the beer without those items. The actual Beer Machine Company sends them automatically because they know you have to have it. It is like selling a car without a motor when you need a running car. It doesn't make sense. It would be great if they sold it with the essential materials.
