(More customer reviews)I've used this machine a few times since I bought it and am very happy with it. After the first use, I found I really needed to use softener because the clothes came out rough. I tried to wash a towel, it came out a little hard even with softener. If items are too heavy, the machine may stop. Take out the heavy items and wait a while, the machine will start again. Duungarees should be washed a pair at a time. I think the machine is great and does what it claims to do. By the way the clothespins are flimsy and fall apart. HAPPY WASHING - ENJOY!
