The Vev-Vigano Kontessa Gold 12-cup size is perfect for two people who love espresso to have coffee together in the morning... Superb machining and design eliminate problems associated with cheapo aluminum pots--worth its somewhat steep pricetag. I bought a second one for my daughter, who works police dispatch in 12-hour nocturnal shifts. Recommended--best ever!

The royally inspired Kontessa espresso maker by Vev Vigano is truly a magnificent espresso pot. This Oro version features a polished brass handle and lid knob, heavy 18/10 stainless steel construction and a stainless filter basket. The fit and finish of the Kontessa is excellent throughout. brass safety pressure release valve sizes based on 1-1/2 ounce "cups". Made in Italy
