(More customer reviews)I was quite surprised to discover, upon receipt of my espresso maker, that it was not stainless steel at all, as it appeared to be in the picture, but completely plastic. That said, it was easy to set up and use, in spite of a manual that made it look extremely complicated. I have been a bit disappointed in the espresso-making part (not very good crema) but the milk frother is totally amazing. Very easy to clean.
