Not only did the rug literally come apart in my hands in big tufts of gross acrylic fabric, but it was incredibly flimsy and wouldn't stay in one spot (despite the claim of it having rubber backing). I contacted customer service to request a refund and let them know I was sending it back. Not only did they tell me I had to pay for shipping but they also charged me a 15% restocking fee. Their website clearly states that if the product is defective they will take care of the return process. Call me crazy but I would say that chunks of fabric falling off was defective. Their answer to this? "The faux rugs only shed initially because they are new..." OK, I'm not an idiot. I know rugs shed. But this was disgusting, and the overall quality was terrible. Don't make the same mistake I made--save yourself the time and money and stay away from this seller.
