I just spent $2000.00 on this washer and the matching dryer. $225.00 having them delivered, stacked and installed. The installers wanted to make sure the appliances were working right before they left. First time trying the new washer and it does not work. Someting about a defective valve. The washer is defective and needs to be repaired. Thanks LG for sending a defective appliance! Great quality control.
