(More customer reviews)I've been making pizza from scratch for over 20 years and this is some of the best I have had. The dough is a bit bland - but most pizza dough is. Just add some italian herbs and garlic and go.
This was pretty quick and easy to use - I did the dough in a bread machine and then let it rise outside of the machine.
If you like to make pizza from scratch, this is a good way to go. The biggest drawback is that a 12" deep dish probably will only feed 3 people, depending on what else you have and how hungry you are. A teenage boy could probably polish one off by himself.
