They each lasted about 6 months. I like the fact that the clay won't stick to the teflon rollers and the machine seems more sturdy than cheaper ones I've tried. I hope my third one will be the charm and last longer than the first two.

Darice Polymer Clay Press, No Attachments Review

(More customer reviews)While this was purchased intentionally as a "get-me-through-this-project" item (until I could get a higher end machine), I expected the device to survive longer than 4 hours. By 8 hours it was completely dead. The gears which run the rollers were made of extremely cheap metal and did not mesh properly resulting in poor contact then breakage of the teeth. Until the gears wore out, the machine did function properly and was easy to keep clean.
