(More customer reviews)I have a "faux" hardwood floor, and cats, which means extra amounts of dust & hair on the floor. When I bought this product, it seemed like the perfect solution for my situation. I used it for about a month before it broke. It was awesome until the part of the mop head that is "flexible" broke in half. It's a great idea but they need to reinforce the plastic or something so it will last a decent amount of time. I have written the company a letter of complaint and will update my review of this product if their response is something worth reporting.
*UPDATE*
I got a response from the company and was given an 800 number to call for customer service. I called and spoke to a very friendly person who asked me a few questions and then mailed me a coupon good for any product in their line up to the amount of what this one cost me. In this case, it was $10.00. I was also told that the company was redesigning this particular product and it would be out this summer. I went ahead and got one just like it to replace it and it looks like the design flaw is fixed. All in all, I am a satisfied customer and would give this product five stars if I could change it from my original two, but this site won't let me!!
