They worked great and cut through the knit fabric with no problem at all and they weren't too heavy in my hand, which was a big plus. They were very comfortable to use once I got the hang of the odd shape. I would recommend these scissors if you do reverse appliques, for sure.

I have bought many irons in my 30 years in business. And have paid large sums of money for some of them.
This iron is the best all around iron on the market today. I don't say that lightly either. It does pull more power with it's heavy duty electric cord, I expect my electric bill will go up slightly now that I use this exclusively on my fabrics..... But the finished product is so much nicer and I get the professional finish I want to have on my handwovens. The added cost is worth the finished product.

(More customer reviews)I bought this because Lion Brand Yarn came out with a super cute pom-pom rug pattern ([...]I was disappointed by the rubbery plastic disks that are supposed to pass for pom-pom makers, and that you can buy just about anywhere, and decided to use the pom-pom maker Lion Brand suggested for this project. I'll post pictures of the tool itself, but suffice to say, this thing rocks. You need to add layer after layer of yarn (don't just do one layer, it will be lame). It just works better if you cram as much yarn on there as possible. Great product!

Lake City Craft Quilling Fringer Review

(More customer reviews)I have one of these. It can be a pain to operate sometimes but it does make your fringe uniform and saves time, usually. Some papers are a hair to wide and it wont feed them, some are a hair to thin and the fringe isn't as uniform, not that is shows after you roll your flower. The blade on mine was lose from day one and not only moves up and down but back and forth also. I can't find any where that you can tighten it. It says it can be adjusted for a different width paper also but as far as I can see if you loosen any one of the screws, nothing moves to allow for a different width of paper. As far as directions go, I've given you more then what comes with the package. Mine was brand new when I bought it, so it's still sharp but if you buy a used one I've heard that the blade can be worn out and has to be repositioned for it to cut again, good luck with that. This little dilly isn't worth the money and you will be much better off practicing fringing by hand. I understand the 90% fringer runs around $70, I bet it's not worth it either, and when you consider that they only cut two sizes of paper strips you can see why.

They hawk free add-ons, do not prominently diplay the associated exorbitant S&H charges, and do not reveal the total charges until after the transaction is complete. S&H ended up BEING OVER 50% OF MY ORDER!!!! When I called their "customer Service" I was told that the system will not have my order for 24-48 hours and there was nothing they could do. Sketchy and scammy at best. No resolution to date. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!

Cricut Tags, Bags, Boxes And More Cartridge Review

(More customer reviews)This cartridge is an awesome idea--I love that I can make my own little boxes and bags and whatnot. However, as pointed out by other reviewers, the bags can't be made very large because of the limitations of the machine. I have a Cricut Expressions, and can cut "fit to page" on a 12x12" sheet, but still end up getting bags that are only four or five inches across.
The tag shapes are really neat, and they have ones with windows which I imagine you could use to make shakers or something. I've turned some of the long, thin ones into bookmarks that are pretty darned cute.
I adore the little flower and heart topped gift boxes, and the purse one is, of course, absolutely wonderful. I will most likely not be using this for as much as I thought I'd use it for. However, I don't regret buying it.

(More customer reviews)ADORE this cartridge. I use this thing for more designs than any other cartridge I own, not that I own that many. It is SO versatile, and this is coming from a mom with two boys and NO girls. I use it for my own scrapbook (kind of a physical journal I'm putting together about me, and the only place I really can use my girlie supplies!) AND for our family scrapbook. There are a few birds, pretty flowers, and awesome borders, accents... I mean, I could go on. I LOVE the versatile shapes, including scalloped circles, ovals, squares, rectangles... There's a branch with flowers that I absolutely love... I simply don't have enough time to sit and write all of the things I love about this cartridge!
The alphabet does have a dreamy quality to it, but it also has a decidedly Western feel to it (cut it in brown), which is perfect for accenting pages for my family and my boys, too. It also has a fancy alphabet that is so incredibly beautiful, I use it to accent and label all of my supplies.
All in all, if you're debating over this cartridge vs. another one, I'd say go for this one, hands down! I think Cricut may have lost themselves some business with this one because, seriously, I don't even care about buying more cartridges now that I have this one.

(More customer reviews)I am an avid scrapbooker with around 15 Cricut cartridges for my machine, and this is by far my most used cartridge. I love the fancy cursive script, it's great for more formal pages like weddings and valentine's day, but what I didn't realize until I had had this for awhile was that it also has the 'opposite' font which is a more basic block letter type of font. This, therefore, is the cartridge that I generally use on almost all of my lettering since it has options from both extremes, casual and formal.

Bedazzler - The Original Be Dazzler Rhinestone and Stud Setting Machine Review

(More customer reviews)I'm disappointed with my BeDazzler. The process of putting the gems in the machine - positioning the machine just right, pressing down, finding out the little prongs did not fold right, removing gem and trying again - is tedious.
I keep adjusting the machine but best I can do is have a success rate of 1 out of every attempt. If the prongs on the gems do not fold over correctly then the gem will not say on the fabric.
I then purchased some two part gems on ebay in hopes they would work better then the ones that came with the BeDazzler - again only have limited success. Getting the prongs to fold over the gem is trial and error - sometimes it works, most of the time not all of the prongs fold over correctly.
I really wanted to have creative fun with the BeDazzler, but instead I spent most of my time with it being frustrated...
It seems like I have better luck putting the gems in place manually and folding them over with a metal thimble on my finger....

The Original BeDazzler Tool Review

(More customer reviews)My daughters and I tried several times to put the gems into a plain tee shirt, (no thick material) and instead of it pushing the rinestone prongs in, it pushed them out. (to where it would cut the user)
We adjusted, went slower, read directions everything. Until I finally got fed up, grabbed my pliers, and pushed the rinestones in by hand and mashed down the prongs with my pliers.
This "bedazzler" was a piece of junk. I was not dazzled at all by its performance. I would love to find a rinestone setter that actually does what it says it is supposed to do.
